By representing the brand well, you contribute to the companys success in the satellite industry.Key Responsibilities : Execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with colleagues to establish best practicesTravel time is 15-20% annually for on-site customer visits and or trade show opportunitiesCollaborate with engineering to understand the technical requirements of each opportunity. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersWork with CRM, order entry software, and supporting applications to ensure accurate handling of received POsProvide weekly reporting information to the immediate managerConduct sales training and development programs to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales teamStay informed about industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales processes and techniquesManage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunitiesResolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional mannerRequirements : 2-5 years of successful sales experience in Satcom or adjacent industryTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong collaborative skillset for coordinating with engineering and sales team Strong oral and written communication skillsPossess knowledge of and experience with a structured selling processAbility to build lasting customer relationships to promote follow on salesExperience with CRM software and sales analytics toolsCustomer-centric mindsetFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market conditionsHigh level of integrity and professionalismProvide customer feedback to the team for continuous improvement opportunities
