As a Social Services Assistant, you will:
- Work with interdisciplinary team to develop and maintain a patient-centered plan of care to address patient needs
- Assist the Social Services Director to educate staff and develop, organize, and coordinate resources
Qualifications for a Social Services Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some training or experience working in a social service setting (preferred)
