Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Assistant Director of Operations provides leadership in the utilization of business intelligence, data analytics, and information systems to support the development and implementation of the undergraduate recruitment plan for Enrollment. This position assists with the oversight of Technolutions Slate CRM , the student information system for admission, management of student health records, and queries designed to extract information to inform data-driven decision-making. The assistant director is responsible for integrating undergraduate and graduate enrollment procedures and creating system checklists and processes for follow-up on missing checklist items for enrollment.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and office equipment.
Strong proficiency with Student Information Systems (i.e. Banner) and a Constituent Relationship Manager (i.e. Slate Technolutions).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and computer and interpersonal skills are required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Internet applications.
At least two years of progressive admission and/or higher education experience.
Additional Considerations
Working knowledge of Slate Technolutions and Banner.
Demonstrated ability to follow oral and written rules and regulations, to learn new practices, procedures, and equipment operations, to collect, assemble, and process information and to organize work.
A passion for working with people and serving as an advocate for students. Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
Demonstrated strong written and oral presentation skills to communicate with both prospective students and campus partners.
Ability to interpret data to identify and analyze trends.
Ability to be proactive and work independently, as well as collaboratively, as part of a team.
Hiring Range
Up to $50,000 depending on qualifications.
