Job Summary
The Department of Management at Radford University invites applications for a full-time, face-to-face, 9-month, special purpose position at the rank of Instructor or Assistant Professor to begin August 10, 2025. The department is looking for a dynamic individual with professional and/or teaching experience. Applicants should have experience and academic credentials suitable for teaching in one or more of the following areas: Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, and/or General Management courses. The position will require maintenance of AACSB Instructional Practitioner, Scholarly Practitioner, or Practicing Academic qualifications. The position responsibilities include full time teaching (four courses per semester), advising students, and service at the department, college and university level.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include an earned graduate degree with at least 18 hours in management or a closely related field. Candidates should have a degree in business or management from an accredited school. Candidates with at least a master’s degree in a closely allied field will be considered if they have substantial business experience in one or more of the areas they will be teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
A PhD ( ABD considered) or master’s degree from an AACSB accredited college or school of business. Ideally, candidates should also have business experience, experience starting or growing entrepreneurial organizations, substantial teaching experience, excellent course evaluations, and facility in developing and teaching online and hybrid courses.
Education
A PhD ( ABD considered) or master’s degree from an AACSB accredited college or school. Significant management experience and/or substantial experience in starting and/or running a business a plus.
