- 2 years or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required
- Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
- Geriatric patient experience - Required
- NXStage Dialysis Machine experience Required - Please note experience on submission
- CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
- Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
- BSN - Preferred
Registration/Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA)
