Swedish Radia Imaging Center is looking for a Part Time MRI Technologist. We are an Outpatient Imaging Center, open Monday – Friday, in Edmonds, Washington. Compensation: Hourly salary range $46.21 to $72.21. The hourly salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The pay range listed is hourly base pay; this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as shift differential (applied to all evening and weekend hours), extra shift bonus.

Hourly salary range $42.01/hour to $65.54/hour. The hourly rate is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. The pay range listed above is base pay; this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as shift differential (applied to all evening and weekend hours), extra shift bonus, and on-call pay.
Position Hours: 0.5 FTE Monday-Friday 7:30am – 6pm or 9:30am – 8pm, two days a week; no weekends, no calls, no evenings.

Position Summary:
- Utilizes an MRI scanner and power injector. Starts IVs and administers various contrast agents
- Properly performs imaging to facility and ACR standards
- Appropriately protocol all orders in advance of appointments
- Properly screen patients prior to scans for any precautions or contraindications
- Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner
- Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health and safety standards
- Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance
- Participates in federally recognized and approved accreditation processes, as necessary
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduate of a Radiologic Technology Program
- Washington State Radiologic Technologist – Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-Ray license, ARRT)
- Advanced registry in MRI required
- Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR required
- One year experience as a successful MRI tech preferred
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
