What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment associate position at Radial Inc?
Responsibilities :
Receiving and processing merchandise including picking, packing, preparing, and shipping orders and processing returns following established company standard operating procedures.
Follow all company safety rules, policies and regulations to promote a safe work environment; promptly report any potential violations.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including those related to accuracy and productivity.
Process and move merchandise productively, safely, and accurately per established production rates and established standards and guidelines.
Operate various types of equipment in the warehouse, including RF scanners and pallet jacks.
Other duties assigned by the Supervisor / Manager.
Qualifications :
Ability to learn and apply policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Ability to perform assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner with minimal supervision.
Ability to receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors / managers and other members of leadership.
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
Ability to operate RF Scanners, and other warehouse equipment, including being able to be certified on powered equipment, if necessary
Must be able to read, recognize and speak the English language.
Must be able to stand / walk for up to 10-12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 50 pounds depending on job task.
Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to operate carts, dollies, and hand trucks of up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to climb and descend stairs safely, with or without reasonable accommodation, and work on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet.
High School degree or equivalent
