The Operations Supervisor at Radial will establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each department in the warehouse. This role is responsible for managing all process and product-quality audits, launching initiatives with teams to improve overall quality, investigating sensitive cases, and providing crucial information to assist with customer interactions and cases.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), holding a team of associates accountable to standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
- Actively contribute to the development of direct reports.
- Manage temporary workforce.
- Execute on productivity and daily goals through execution of the Radial Operating Model.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Ensure weekly completion of Minesweep Powerwalks.
- Achieve and maintain compliance with company and federally mandated regulations regarding Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT.
- Responsible for associate level of safety, quality, and productivity performance.
- Solve and respond to daily issues.
- Plan and coordinate shift activities for assigned areas within the fulfillment center to ensure adherence to DC procedures.
- Assist Manager in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality are met for all outbound related activities.
- Ensure proper training, skill development, and assessment per company guidelines.
- Recommend and implement improvements in efficiency and effectiveness of employees for increased shift contribution.
- Implement specific objectives and performance measures for all shift personnel to maximize productivity.
- Lead fulfillment special projects as needed.
- Accountable for achieving production objectives.
- Monitor production and personnel statistics and reporting in support of department operation.
- Reinforce policy and procedure compliance.
- Participate in recruiting and selection process.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement corrective action as appropriate.
- Implement performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
