- Act as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support for workplace concerns and fostering a culture of open communication.
- Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs to ensure compliance and promote a safe environment.
- Partner with leadership to create and maintain HR policies that align with company goals and values.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and team cohesion.
- Conduct investigations and provide resolution recommendations for employee relations matters.
Know The Requirements
- 3 years of HR experience, with a strong background in employee relations and safety programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a knack for building trust and resolving conflicts.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
