If you have experience in a medical office setting and are familiar with dental terminology, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** - Greet patients and manage their experience from the front desk to the treatment area. - Utilize dental clinic system Dentrix to update patient records, schedule appointments, and manage treatment plans. - Provide clear and concise instructions to patients regarding their treatment options and aftercare procedures. - Communicate with dentists, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient scheduling and seamless patient care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and treatment plans. - Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit. - Ensure that the front desk area remains organized and clean, providing a welcoming environment for patients. **Experience:** - Experience working in a medical office setting is essential, with a preference for dental clinics. - Familiarity with dental terminology and medical scheduling systems is required. - Proven experience in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring a positive patient experience. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for maintaining accurate patient records and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. **Skills:** - Experience in a medical office, preferably a dental clinic. - Proficiency in Eaglesoft and Dentrix systems. - Knowledge of dental terminology. - Experience in medical scheduling. - Strong front desk skills. - Excellent patient service skills. - Experience working with dental clinic systems. - Ability to work in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
