The Franchise Development Marketing Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Development and will work across both Sola Salons and Woodhouse Spas. This role focuses on executing marketing strategies to drive franchise development, managing campaigns, and supporting the franchise sales process.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Campaign Execution : Implement franchise development marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation through paid search, paid social, and sponsored content.
- Lead Management : Drive quality leads to the Directors of Franchise Development, managing lead source metrics including cost per lead, cost per application, and cost per acquisition.
- Website Maintenance : Maintain the Franchise Development website, utilize Google Analytics, and manage the candidate journey within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Email and SMS Campaigns : Develop and manage email and SMS campaigns aimed at increasing conversions once leads are in the funnel.
- Event Coordination : Prepare for tradeshows, order giveaways, and assist in organizing Decision Days.
- Content Management : Update content on franchise portals and all candidate / broker-facing materials, including educational and Decision Day decks, one-sheeters, validation guides, brand books, checklists, and 2-minute drills.
- CRM Implementation & Rollout : Assist in the implementation and rollout of the new CRM system, HubSpot, to optimize franchise development lead management and sales processes.
- Performance Analysis : Analyze and report on digital media campaign performance.
- Social Media Management : Manage Franchise Development Radiance social media platforms by creating and posting content, monitoring engagement, and reporting on conversions.
- Administrative Tasks : Handle marketing invoices, manage the marketing budget by ensuring expenses are well documented, and create / maintain marketing presentations.
- Communication Liaison : Act as the central liaison for all communications and media opportunities for Radiance Holdings.

Compensation :
The salary range for this role is $70,000-$85,000 annually, commensurate on experience. This role is bonus-eligible and is based on company and individual performance; all bonuses are subject to board and CEO approval.
