Front Desk Coordinator (Full-Time Position): Main location: Apex. Will need to be able to cover Pittsboro when needed

Job Summary: A growing aesthetic medical practice which provides an array of aesthetic services including injectable treatments, laser resurfacing, energy-based device treatments, etc. is looking for a new front desk coordinator. The candidate must be energetic, engaging, personable and focused on providing a positive excellent customer experience. The front desk coordinator is responsible for daily operations of the medical front office, including workflows and customer interactions via phone, text, online communications and in person.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a deep understanding of our services, products and providers’ credentials and use that knowledge to convert leads and educate patients
- Engage with patients and prospects, make them feel welcome and at ease, and give them confidence in the practice. You are the “first impression”!
- Answer phones, respond to texts, and handle inquiries from form fills efficiently, in a timely manner and in a way that’s engaging
- Convert leads from calls, form fills and texts into appointments.
- Actively monitor patient flow throughout the day and coordinate with providers and staff to ensure optimal patient experience.
- Ensure effective and efficient operation of check-in, check-out, payment collection and appointment scheduling.
- Anticipate and troubleshoot potential patient flow and scheduling issues.
- Ensure excellence in customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Work with management to resolve issues and complaints as needed.
- Support out-bound marketing efforts
- Streamline workflows and appointment requests for maximum efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned
