Radiance Technologies is seeking a Science & Technology (S&T) Engineer to support the U.S. Army Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, & Sensors (PEO IEW&S) Tactical Space Superiority (TSS) Product Office in Huntsville, AL. The S&T Engineer will support all facets for identifying, maturing, and transferring cutting-edge technologies to meet program modernization objectives. The S&T Engineer will help identify candidate technologies within industry, academia, and various Army S&T organizations as well as overseeing those initiatives to completion and integration within an acquisition Program of Record (PoR). This position requires a talented engineer that can work with a multi-disciplined team to perform engineering analysis to guide all phases of the technology maturation process, including requirement development, design, demonstrations, and test and evaluation. The S&T Engineer will be the primary point of contact with intelligence organizations, laboratories and research agencies, and other military departments to support the PoR modernization strategy. In addition, the S&T Engineer will assist in the development and maintenance of program execution and advocacy briefings to internal and external organizations.

Responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps to support acquisition program modernization objectives.
- Participate and provide technical guidance during S&T design and demonstration activities.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to include intelligence organizations, laboratories and research agencies, academia, and other military departments.
- Provide oversight and/or support complex integration activities as necessary.
- Assist with the development and execution of system test and evaluation for proof of concept and prototyping projects.
- Develop and maintain project schedules provided to the project manager.
- Develop and maintain program execution and advocacy briefings to internal and external organizations.
- Define and document cost and schedule implications for proposed technology changes.
- Lead the development and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) S&T program status reports and briefings to keep management informed of project progress.
- Exercise independent and professional judgment under moderate supervision in solving cost and scheduling problems.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, electrical, or related engineering field.
- Proficient with technical engineering management activities.
- Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to maintain an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) projects, Intelligence Community (IC), and/or applicable Commercial experience.
- Proficient with systems engineering, multi-disciplined engineering, system development, demonstration, and test and evaluation.
Desired Qualifications
- Acquisition Office Experience with DoD 5000 series and/or the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
