Required Skills
- 6 years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing
- 5 years of specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions
- 5 years concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems and training customers in the use of software and hardware
- Certification: Security and Microsoft SCCM
- Active Secret and eligible for TS/SCI security clearance
Required Experience
- 15 years of prior experience in Information Technology
- 4 years managing a technical support team
- Expert knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and productivity software (MS Office365)
- Administration of Active Directory and group policies, Office 365, Cisco Networking, VMware vSphere
- Self-motivated with a knack for new technologies, possess analytical and troubleshooting skills, and thrive in high-pressure dynamic environments
- Familiar with vendor specific infrastructure to include HPE, Cohesity, Rubrik, SolarWinds, VMware, APC, Dell, Nutanix, Cisco and Juniper.
Desired Qualifications:
- SIPR, SCI, or SAP network support
- CISSP certification
