Marketing Design and Communications Specialist

Position Overview :

We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and adaptable Marketing Design & Communications Specialist to play a key role in shaping our internal and external presence. This position is a blend of design, content creation, and marketing execution, supporting multiple departments with via various mediums.

In this role, you will develop marketing materials, craft copy, and create visually engaging content. You will work within HubSpot to build and manage marketing emails, social media posts, and webpages, as well as assist with Amazon e-commerce content creation and implementation. Additionally, you will contribute to internal communications and marketing / sales support.

Responsibilities :

Marketing Content & Design : Design, develop, and execute graphics and copy for marketing emails, webpages, and social media utilizing HubSpot. Own the digital communications schedule to ensure content is being published at the right time.

e-Commerce Content Design and Execution : Design Amazon enhance, and A content based on established brand guidelines. Implement Amazon A content in Amazon Seller Central. Work alongside the Marketing Data team to gather data required for Amazon content and align on Amazon content schedules.

Internal Communications & Visual Content : Create graphics and materials for internal communications, company events, and employee initiatives (emails, posters, flyers, etc.).

General Marketing Support : Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support day-to-day operations and special projects. Design PowerPoint templates and presentation for the sales team to support sale meetings and events.

Requirements :

• A degree in graphic design or marketing preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation.
• Proficiency in HubSpot preferred.
• Experience with Amazon A Content (or a willingness to learn quickly).
• Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to jump in where needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
