Responsibilities:

  • Creative Sessions: Implement art-based activities that make therapy engaging and effective.
  • Support Individual Growth: Apply neurodiversity-affirming practices to enhance each client's unique strengths and needs.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs: Work with our team to follow and adapt individualized therapy plans with creativity and care.
  • Track & Report Progress: Document client progress accurately and provide insights to help refine therapy strategies.
  • Foster a Positive Environment: Create a supportive, encouraging atmosphere that encourages growth, learning, and artistic expression.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with best practices in ABA and bring fresh ideas to our dynamic, artistic approach.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies and activities based on client feedback and evolving needs.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • RBT Certification: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education) preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in behavior therapy or a related field is a plus, especially in art-based or neurodiversity-affirming settings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to diverse client needs and therapeutic approaches.
  • Passion for Neurodiversity: Commitment to understanding and supporting neurodiverse individuals with empathy and respect.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license required.
