seeking an Engineering Technician to support maintenance and sustainment of complex systems. The Engineering Technician will provide technical support and timely resolution of defects. Provides case status updates to management and customers. Maintains and updates records in tracking databases and alerts management to emerging trends in incidents, problems, or issues.
Education & Experience:
Requires highly developed job knowledge/skills.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
Ability to read and understand schematics and troubleshooting circuits
Must have electronic or electromechanical background
Microsoft Windows knowledge
