Job Description:
1. Revenue Growth Management Deep dive - Strategy and execution – working through Price / Promo strategy opportunities for remainder of year by key customer and solidifying the reco for into our 2026 / strategic plan planning stance forward. Lead PR and influencers, got to market, qualify excellence, tech performance reviewing products together, review consumer responses, work with mill and RE team that quality is achieved and maintained.
2. Masterbrand Commercialization support – working with agency teams to ensure flawless execution of plans into market in 2025 and planning towards 2026. Leads PR and influencer as well as oversight for owned channels.
3. Strategic plans for how to build Dry plus Flushable wipes regimen opportunities better in market through commercial innovation and merchandising vehicles
4. Quality team excellence – Brand steward within the quality team to ensure we bring fidelity to our Ultra Clean product to get quality back going at our mill to expectations; move to our Mexico eCM to do the same.
5. Ad Hoc
Innovation support –places where brand input needed in workshopping, etc.
Any ad hoc sprints/leadership requests on quick turns
- Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; knowledge base acquired from several years of experience in particular area
- Works independently based on strategic direction and requires limited direction to complete assignments
- In-depth knowledge of specialized functional areas are required to complete work responsibilities
- Provides recommendations and influences strategic decision making
- Requires ability to interpret and adapt theory and textbook concepts into workable solutions for delivery of work

Role Accountabilities
Category Management & Optimization
Leads the development & implementation of best-in-class process for the development of Category Foundations
Supports Regional Brand Marketing in developing Category Foundations for assigned product category
Partners with Cluster & Regional Brand Marketing to design & deliver a competitive product portfolio based on the Brand Foundation Tools for assigned product category
Partners with Regional Brand Marketing to track product competitiveness scorecards to ensure consistent delivery of product PODs & POPs
Innovation / Renovation / Claims
Develops a long term vision for the category & appropriate 5 year innovation / multi-region renovation plans to drive growth in local markets
Partners with Global R&D & Global Customer Marketing to develop Front end Innovation projects based on key trends
Partners with Global Customer Marketing to build an integrated product / promise / channel innovation & multi-region renovation calendar that will drive growth for assigned category
Partners with Global Product Supply to plan for & optimize long-term capacity & asset utilization based on Category growth plans
Executes product development projects by leading multifunctional teams through the IMF process
Develops the Claims Architecture for the assigned category
Supports Regional Brand & R&D Teams to develop claims and demos for the assigned category & manages legal approval for the claims through ETQ where appropriate
Market Segment Management
Leads market segment development for KCP globally by creating a clear vision to consistently differentiate KCP across all Clusters
Identifies and leverages best practices & drive synergies across Clusters
Builds capability / competency within the organization against this strategic leadership
Standard Work
Partners with Regional Brand Teams to ensure Brand Identity Guidelines are consistently applied
Ensures all marketing content is uploaded & maintained in the Digital Asset Management System
Monitors global category performance (NSV) and adjusts accordingly
Manages assigned marketing budget within CFI's
Actively visits customers and channel partners to capture insights and check and adjust marketing programs
Leads the relevant Brand Management Community of Practice to share & learn best practices
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of CPG brand management experience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $90.00 per hour
