This is a strong data entry role within Supply Chain unit. Contractor will mainly be responsible for entering pricing from a spreadsheet over to SAP/ECC program/modules.
Additional Duties Include:
- Execute timely pricing updates by working with external manufacturers and internal SCJ departments
- Utilize SAP and Price Database/Cost Cards to process pricing updates and maintenance with collaboration of cross functional partners
- Process monthly, quarterly and ad hoc pricing updates based on direct material price adjustment in alignment with designated process
- Resolve invoice related discrepancies with suppliers and A/P
- Maintain SAP PIR - Purchase Information Record
