Business Analyst with 4 years of experience
Our Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office Team, working in a hybrid work environment.
Technical Skills:
Clarity, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Agile Methodology and PMO experience.
Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business).
Summary:
Candidate must be a self-starting team player, able to manage multiple assignments at one time:

- Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve
- Ability to keep initiatives on track, strong organizational skills including attention to detail.
- Experienced in business process analyses, developing business requirements.
- Use cases and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives using industry accepted practices.
- Experience in creating end user documentation, standards, and processes.
- Organizes and facilitates application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met.
- Provides support for Production incidents and facilitates troubleshooting and close out of reported issues for applications.
- Support Clarity PPM application and initiatives, including project reviews, reports, annual planning, as well as testing/validation of changes, releases, patches and upgrades.
