About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst who’s comfortable in fast-moving, less structured environments and can help bring clarity to complex technical initiatives. In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between gathering technical requirements for our IT team and light project management duties—tracking progress, keeping stakeholders in the loop, and helping move projects forward.
You won’t need to be a deep subject matter expert, but you should know your way around technical systems—especially cloud environments—and be able to work effectively with engineers, HelpDesk, Security, and App Support teams.
What You'll Do
- Partner with IT teams to gather and document technical requirements
- Support project delivery with light PM work (task tracking, note taking, status updates)
- Collaborate across HelpDesk, IT Security, Application Support, and Cloud Engineering teams
- Work closely with leadership to align project goals and expectations
- Dig into loosely defined problems and bring clarity and structure
- Track issues and follow up on open items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Contribute to documentation efforts using tools like Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian products
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a Technical BA, Technical Analyst, or similar hybrid BA/PM role
- Strong communication and organizational skills; able to “fill in the gaps”
- Background in cloud engineering environments or familiarity with cloud technologies
- Comfortable working in less structured environments
- Prior experience gathering requirements for Security or Compliance-related projects is a plus
- Familiarity with Windows upgrade projects (e.g., 10 to 11) is a plus
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration tools
