- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Understanding the laboratory's specific needs, workflows, and data management requirements to inform the LIMS implementation strategy.
- System Configuration: Providing requirements to the LIMS vendor for customizing the LIMS software to match the laboratory's specific requirements, including data structures, workflows, and reporting.
- Data Migration: Assist in evaluating strategies for transferring existing laboratory data into the new LIMS system accurately and efficiently.
- User Training: Developing and delivering training programs to laboratory staff on how to effectively use the LIMS system.
- System Validation: Ensuring the LIMS system meets regulatory compliance standards and performs as expected.
- Go-Live Support: Providing on-site or remote support during the initial implementation and system launch.
- Post-Implementation Support: Offering ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Project Management: Overseeing the LIMS implementation project, including timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- Change Management: Managing the transition to the new LIMS system, addressing concerns, and fostering user adoption.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to optimize laboratory workflows and improve efficiency through LIMS utilization.
- System Integration: Integrating the LIMS with other laboratory systems, such as instruments and data management platforms.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and improve laboratory performance.

- BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Biological Sciences, or Medical Technologies.
