Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience related to the successful delivery of change management work in the disciplines of change management methodology, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, communication planning, training/performance support, and organizational readiness.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to synthesize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences.
- Large-scale system deployment experience within a healthcare organization.
- Demonstrated experience conducting meetings and making presentations.
- Proactive self-starter; effective in both team settings and as an individual contributor.
- Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule.
- Comfortable and confident in presenting to both front-line employees and executives.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Communication, Organizational or Cultural Change Management, or equivalent business experience.
- Prosci or other Change Management certification a plus.
- Previous experience with large-scale, technology-related change.
- Experience with change management methodologies, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
