Remote Data Analyst, Specialist

The Data Analyst performs technical efforts including creating and modifyingaccounts and contact information with various systems. Their primary purpose is the information management of an alarm monitoring system and the current information system in order to assist with dispatching operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquiring data from various internal and external data sources
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting patterns in data sets
• Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques
• Assist in providing training to personnel on the operations of each system
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• US Citizen only
• High School diploma or GED
• Computer skills
• - Utilizes a personal computer with word processing, spreadsheet and related software with reasonable speed and accuracy
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and data entry
• Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to generate information quickly and manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to work extended hours as needed
