The ideal candidate will have experience working in data entry, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to managers. Responsibilities:

• Gather and input data into software and verify accuracy of valuable company information
• Manage and prioritize data entry tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and integrity of entered data
• Review data for errors or redundancies, make corrections, and check numbers
• Resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies through research and collaboration with team members
• Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as requested by management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inquiries, provide updates, and offer solutions
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent typing speed
• Proficiency in using data entry software, databases, and MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data discrepancies and implement corrective measures
