Assistant General Manager - Express Car Wash

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Oversight of car wash operations, including equipment maintenance, facility cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols
• Training and development of guest service advisors to ensure high-quality service experience
• Leadership by example in providing excellent guest service, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Collaboration with the General Manager and other team members to foster a positive work culture and drive business objectives
