- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Drive profitable top-line sales through operational excellence
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness
- Complete administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, deposits, supply ordering, and inventory
- Develop marketing plans and assist in growing new business
