Minimum Qualifications
Computer network uptime will be maintained at 98.75% during business hours annually. Downtime is measured when more than 50% of the users do not have computer network access. Disaster Recovery Backup System procedures will be completed at least 90% of the time, measured on an annual basis. Business critical software applications will maintain an uptime of greater than 95% during normal business working hours, measured annually. Ticket Response: Average Time to First Response, Goal: Ticket Response: Average Time to Resolution, Goal: 100% of required trainings will be completed within specified time frames.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related IT field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5 years of progressive IT systems administration, project leadership, and network management.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 environments, Azure services, and Azure AD integrations.
- Demonstrable experience configuring complex network infrastructures (Ubiquiti Unifi required).
- Proficient in advanced scripting and automation (PowerShell beneficial).
- Advanced knowledge of Intune endpoint management, compliance, and security best practices.
- Provide advanced technical support for complex network and systems issues.
- Strategically administer and optimize network systems, including Ubiquiti Unifi switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Manage and secure Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
- Lead technical projects from planning to execution, effectively managing timelines and resources.
- Mentor junior IT staff and guide technical support teams.
- Perform regular system audits, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Document, maintain, and communicate technical standards and processes clearly.
- Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, security standards, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI).
- Advanced expertise in managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Exchange, Teams), Azure Active Directory, and related Azure services.
- Advanced knowledge and experience configuring, troubleshooting, and managing complex networking environments, specifically with Ubiquiti Unifi hardware.
- Highly proficient with scripting and automating complex system and infrastructure tasks (PowerShell required; Python beneficial).
- Skilled in comprehensive endpoint management and device compliance (Intune/Endpoint management expertise essential).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, clearly define goals, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills, including mentoring junior staff, facilitating training, and providing advanced technical guidance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, capable of independently addressing complex technical issues.
- Experience and thorough understanding of security frameworks, compliance regulations (such as HIPAA, PCI), and industry best practices, particularly within healthcare or nonprofit settings preferred.
