About the Role:
As the Manager of Business Development Outreach, you will be the primary liaison between Radiant Health and external healthcare providers, community stakeholders, and referral partners. Working closely with our CEO, COO, Director of Nursing, and Marketing team, you will ensure that our business development efforts align with our overall strategy and growth objectives. This role is critical in strengthening referral relationships and positioning Radiant Health as a trusted leader in behavioral healthcare throughout the region.

- Proven ability to work independently, stay self-reliant, and hold oneself accountable for deliverables with minimal oversight.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, outreach, community engagement, or a related fieldpreferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including experience with public speaking and presentations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of behavioral health services, community mental health, and healthcare referral systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Grant, Blackford, and surrounding counties as needed.
