Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manager of Data Quality to lead our data initiatives and ensure the effective utilization of data to improve care quality. This critical role oversees the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to enhance service delivery, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance in mental health and substance use treatment settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the mission and values of Radiant Health.
- Collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff, leadership, and external organizations, including state and federal agencies, payors, and accrediting bodies.
- Manage quality team committee documentation and schedules.
- Critically examines identified data elements and works with Information Technology report writers to obtain accurate data for quality reporting.
- Evaluates data reports for completeness and quality of data, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and validity of data reported internally and externally.
- Develops data spreadsheets and dashboards. Provides analysis and communication to interpret data into information to drive quality and change.
- Supports accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Advises on future data and information needs and resources to better support performance and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide additional support to medical records and release of information processes.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data in the organizations health records and databases.
- Implement data collection systems that align with industry standards and best practices.
- Bachelors degree in healthcare or related field with a minimum of five years experience required in healthcare clinical setting and with performance measurement within a healthcare setting required or associates degree with 10 years relevant experience.
