Your day-to-day activities will include supporting various departments like compliance, HR, finance, and marketing, while also acting as a right-hand to the Executive Assistant.

- Serve as receptionist, greeting visitors, managing inquiries, answering phones, receiving and distributing mail and parcels.
- Support Executive Assistant with administrative tasks.
- Assist Compliance, HR, Finance, and Marketing departments as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
- Prepare reports, and internal newsletters or other communications.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Organize events, staff activities and meetings, including catering arrangements.
- Assist with purchasing functions and handling client records requests.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
