What are the responsibilities and job description for the State Hospital Gatekeeper Liaison position at Radiant Health?

At Radiant Health, were looking for an empathetic and skilled individual to join our team as a State Psychiatric Hospital Gatekeeper. In this crucial role, youll serve as the bridge between Radiant Health and the State Psychiatric Hospital system.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating referrals for state hospital admissions, participating actively in treatment team meetings, and overseeing discharge planning and aftercare. Youll be a vital part of our Rapid Response Care team, ensuring that every client receives the compassionate support they need!
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Masters degree and/or licensure in a behavioral health field preferred
- BSW or bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with populations in a community mental health setting or psychiatric hospital.
- Experience working with both pediatric and adult population preferred
- strong communication skills

- manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
Your role will require travel for onsite visits to state hospitals, occasionally involving overnight stays. If you have a background in social work or a related field and experience in community mental health or psychiatric hospital settings, wed love to hear from you.
