Supervisor of Business Operations

At Radiant Health, we are committed to creating a brighter kind of better by providing exceptional mental health services. We’re seeking a Supervisor of Business Operations who will take charge of our front office operations, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

The Supervisor of Business Operations is responsible for managing all activities related to the front office operations at their designated location. The Supervisor will maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business operations, will be accountable for the training and implementation of centralized scheduling, and client registration and enrollment, and customer service functions within the agency. They will oversee the Customer Relations Professionals (CRP) activities including customer service, the collection of demographic and insurance records, and financial transactions, all to be supported with accurate and proper documentation. The Supervisor will lead staff in providing outstanding customer service to clients, co-workers, families, and responsible parties.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field: Business, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management.
• Three years of experience working within an Electronic Health Records platform.
• Strong understanding of health insurance programs, including Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act.
• Certification as an Indiana Navigator through the Indiana Department of Insurance (IDOI). Annual continuing education and recertification will be required.
• Three years of experience in a leadership role.
