We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care to our clients. Responsibilities
· Provide Personal Care: Assist clients with daily hygiene routines including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
· Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications and monitor for any adverse reactions or side effects.
· Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary.
· Mobility Assistance: Help clients with mobility by assisting them in moving around safely, whether walking, using a wheelchair, or transferring between bed and chair.
· Companionship and Emotional Support: Build a positive relationship with clients through conversation and engaging activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
· Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
· Medical and Health Monitoring: Observe and document any changes in health or behavior and report to healthcare professionals as needed.
· Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities as required.
Qualifications
· Experience: Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving or healthcare is an advantage.
· Certification: Valid CPR and First Aid certification is required; additional caregiving certifications are a plus.
· Skills:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills
o Patience and empathy
o Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and supporting clients
o Organizational skills and attention to detail
Requirements
· Background Check: Must pass a background check and provide references.
· Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
· Transportation: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are necessary for the role.

Pay: $14.05 - $15.64 per hour
