We see all of our young clients in-home. We receive numerous referrals every month throughout San Diego County. With Radiant Kids Therapy, you would be visiting clients in their homes in one of the following areas,
closest to where you liveOur therapists see clients within reasonable driving distances from their starting point, and our amazing Scheduling Team is great at planning the most efficient schedules possible, always aiming for minimal drive times between sessions.Central San Diego areaCarmel Valley / Sorrento Valley / Mira Mesa and surrounding areasPoway / Rancho Penasquitos and surrounding areas.Escondido / San Marcos and surrounding areas.Oceanside / Vista and surrounding areasEast County areaSouth Bay areaWe offer flexible hours, lower caseloads, mentorship, minimal paperwork and incredibly rewarding work.
We are currently looking for licensed therapists who are :Licensed in the state of California (or will be soon)Previous clinical experience with kidsAvailable for at least 6 hours / week (if part-time), or 35-40 hours / week (if full-time)Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skillsTime management and organizational skillsComfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (e.g., an EMR, Google Drive, etc.)Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseHave good physical stamina and mental healthEnjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position providesEnjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with the familyWant to work with a supportive, speech therapist-owned and managed companyWant to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the lives of clients and their grateful families!CompensationPart-time hourly positions range from $56 - $72 per service hour, depending on experience & qualifications. Base salaries for full-time positions range from $78,000 - $92,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Generous bonus structuresmake it feasible to earn anadditional $6,000-12,000 / yearon top of your salary.
