Radiant Kids Therapy currently has an opening for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to add to our amazing SLP team in San Diego County. We are looking for a high-caliber SLP who is great with kids and families, energetic, exudes care and kindness and strives to continually learn and grow as a therapist.

We see all of our young clients in-home. We receive numerous referrals every month throughout San Diego County. With Radiant Kids Therapy, you would be visiting clients in their homes in one of the following areas, closest to where you live:

• Central San Diego area
• Carmel Valley/Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa and surrounding areas
• Poway/ Rancho Penasquitos and surrounding areas.
• Escondido/ San Marcos and surrounding areas.
• Oceanside/Vista and surrounding areas
• East County area
• South Bay area

We offer flexible hours, lower caseloads, minimal paperwork and incredibly rewarding work.

We are currently looking for licensed therapists with the following qualifications:

• CA License or CF/RPE SLP License
• Previous clinical experience with kids is preferred
• Available for at least 6 hours/week (if part-time), or 35-40 hours/week (if full-time)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology; able to learn digital platforms (e.g., an EMR, Google Drive, etc.)
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Have good physical stamina and mental health
• Enjoy collaborating with families and colleagues, and also enjoy the autonomy an in-home early intervention position provides
• Enjoy working with young kids (most clients are 1-3; we also see up through age 18)
• Ability to communicate clearly and establish rapport with the family
• Want to work with a supportive, speech therapist-owned and managed company
• Want to feel the gratification of making a significant impact in the lives of clients and their grateful families!

We are excited to announce: We are now able to accept Clinical Fellowship/Required Professional Experience (CF/RPE) SLPs!

Compensation
Licensed SLPs: Part-time hourly positions range from $60.50-$75.50 per service hour. Base salaries for full-time positions range from $80,000 - $92,000, depending on experience and qualifications. CF/RPEs (during your first year): $78,000-80,000 base salary for full-time or $55.50-60.50 per service hour for part-time. Generous bonus structures make it very feasible to achieve an additional $6,000-12,000 /year on top of your salary. Specialty stipends are available for bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency, doctorate, and/or Hanen Certification. All positions are W-2 (employee) with excellent benefits.
