We are currently hiring fully licensed and/or Licensed Eligible candidates for the PT W-2 position with the possibility of going Full Time.
Supervision will be provided as well as CEU training provided, along with other incentives including paying for a License once all requirements are met.
Hours are Flexible
Responsibilities:
-Clinical diagnosis, treatment planning, assessments, and discharge planning
- Case Management (Scheduling appointments, follow-ups, documentation, referrals)
- Conduct data collection and documentation for clients overall well-being
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Facilitate group, and family sessions
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, couples, and families
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft, Word, Excel, Google)
- Understanding of various therapeutic approaches
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting
Working with youth and bi-lingual is a plus!
