Domestic Implementation Specialist (IS)

• Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary Range

Position Summary:

Radiant Global Logistics is seeking a Domestic Implementation Specialist (IS) to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in freight forwarding and SAP TM platform functionality. This role is key in implementing best practices, driving productivity, and ensuring compliance with operational processes. As an IS, you will work with both new and experienced users, training teams, supporting projects, and offering strategic insights to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, the Implementation Specialist is responsible for:

• Operational Support & Platform Expertise:

• Become the SME for SAP TM features, ensuring effective utilization across the organization.
• Represent Field Operations Support (OST) on user calls to provide feedback and stay updated on platform enhancements.
• Lead training sessions for station personnel on domestic functionality and updates.

• Project Management & Process Improvement:

• Travel across the network to manage and implement projects as directed.
• Identify and initiate automation projects, coordinating with the VP of Field Operations for approvals and scope definition.
• Track key operational metrics across stations and regions, reporting progress and performance.

• Compliance & Best Practices:

• Contribute to the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices for SAP TM.
• Conduct internal audits for compliance, as directed by the VP of Field Operations.
• Proactively recommend and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience & Education:
  • Minimum of 3 years in transportation or related fields; experience in freight forwarding is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or International Trade is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP TM and CargoWise is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills for preparing reports, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Audit experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Requirements:
  • Must be flexible with working hours to meet project and operational demands.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary Range
