Radiant Global Logistics is looking for an International Implementation Specialist (IIS) to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in international freight forwarding and SAP TM platform functionality. Key Responsibilities
In this position, the International Implementation Specialist is responsible for:
- International Operations Expertise:
- Serve as the primary SME for international freight forwarding and SAP TM functionalities.
- Provide insights and feedback on the SAP TM platform during user calls, staying updated on new features and enhancements.
- Train station personnel on international processes and system updates to improve overall efficiency.
- Project Implementation & Support:
- Manage and execute international projects and implementations, including travel to different stations for hands-on support.
- Track and report on key international operational metrics across stations and regions to measure progress and productivity.
- Work closely with the VP of Freight Operations to identify and initiate automation opportunities at stations.
- SOP Development & Compliance:
- Develop and contribute to international Operations SOPs to improve system processes and compliance.
- Conduct internal audits for international operations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with the International Product Team to implement regulatory processes and enhance platform functionality.
- Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 3 years in transportation or international freight forwarding; experience with SAP TM or CargoWise is preferred.
- High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics, or International Trade is a plus.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Strong professional writing skills for creating policies, SOPs, and email communications.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Requirements:
- Must be flexible with a full-time schedule (minimum 8 hours per day) and travel up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to dynamic international freight forwarding needs.
