As An IT Project Manager At Radiant, You Will
- Lead & Manage Projects: Own the planning, coordination, and execution of complex IT projects from initiation to delivery, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, roadblocks, and quality issues; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to keep projects on track.
- Dependency & Roadmap Analysis: Collaborate with technical teams and product owners to map dependencies, analyze project roadmaps, and prioritize key initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams – ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and aligning goals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners to refine workflows and resolve delivery challenges.
- Performance Tracking: Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Meeting Facilitation & Problem Solving: Lead project meetings, clear blockers, and ensure momentum is maintained through creative problem solving and strategic decision-making.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally focused on systems implementation or software development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex IT initiatives to completion.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.
- Background in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Full time schedule of minimum 8 hours per day with flexibility to complete all required job duties and responsibilities.
- Regular physical demands: Walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; use fingers for keyboarding; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Usually moderate noise level.
- Climate controlled office environment.
