Radiant Logistics is in search of a skilled SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team, providing crucial support to the SAP ECC system. As an SAP FICO Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our financial and controlling processes. This position is available in both Renton, WA, and Cebu City, Philippines, offering an exciting opportunity for professionals in either location to contribute to the success of our global logistics operations

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

System Support and Maintenance:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP ECC, specifically focusing on the Financials and Controlling (FICO) module.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to financial processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Configuration and Customization:

• Configure and customize SAP FICO module to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and implement effective SAP solutions.

Enhancements and Upgrades:

• Lead or participate in SAP ECC enhancement projects, ensuring the successful implementation of new features and improvements.
• Coordinate the testing and implementation of SAP upgrades.

User Training and Documentation:

• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to promote efficient use of SAP FICO functionalities.
• Maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes and procedures.

Financial Reporting:

• Collaborate with finance teams to design and generate financial reports using SAP reporting tools.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data within the SAP system.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP solutions.
• Effectively communicate updates, changes, and system enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
• QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; SAP certification is a plus and/or
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes within SAP ECC.
• Experience with SAP ECC upgrades and enhancement projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 (Annual Salary)

• Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to an individual’s education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
