JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) to join our Radiant Medical Staffing to provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living communities, based on the needs of our clients. This flexible position allows you to choose your schedule and work in different environments based on your experience, while providing excellent care to patients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide primary nursing care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories
- Administer medications, wound care and other treatment options
- A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will monitor and assess residents for change of condition
- Provide medical intervention as needed for emergent needs
- Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc.
- As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you would communicate resident condition to family, and or responsible party members
- Implement and follow Primary Care Providers orders
- Other Duties as Assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure in the State or practice
