JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Radiant Medical Staffing. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and rehabilitation centers. As a physical therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
- Implement and modify treatment programs as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, modalities, and equipment to promote recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with agency policies and regulations.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy in OR, WA or ID.
- Proven experience in diverse clinical settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible and adaptable to different work environments and schedules.
