Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors that suit their preferences and skin tones.
- Provide additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair styling as needed.
- Utilize esthetic laser treatment and dermabrasion techniques when applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase salon revenue.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with various nail care techniques, including acrylics, gels, and nail art.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
