Job Duties:
- Customer communication & issue resolution
- Schedule City Inspections
- Managing Rebates and equipment registrations
- Overseeing job costing and collections
- File extended warranty registrations and claims
- Assisting with parts orders as backup

What you need:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Service Titan experience is a requirement
- High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly
- Excellent organizational skills
