Job Summary
This is a Flexible schedule position w/ Great Pay that you can work around your current schedule.
We need your help to get the word out to Home Owners in The Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas. Running leads provided and other sources to getting potential customers that own their home information on available programs available from Energy.Gov. With Utility rates increasing higher than ever before Home Owners have programs that most are not aware of.
The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Program is a $550 million grant program funded through the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. It is designed to assist states, local utilities, and home owners in implementing strategies to reduce energy use, to reduce fossil fuel emissions, and to improve energy efficiency.
We are a local Minnesota based company that has partnerships w/ both the Minnesota Vikings, Minnesota Twins Baseball team and Minnesota Wild hockey team. We are a reputable company w/ deep roots in the local communities that we serve.
No selling involved just getting the word out by professionally informing home owners and educating them based on their situation. Informing them on the other options available and giving them the power to choose.
Position Type: Work from Home/Remote
Estimated Yearly earning based on performance: $86,000-$120,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information w/ helping Home Owners understand all the advantages w/ these programs.
- Keep track of your interactions by using an App provided to you to use on your phone.
- Build strong lasting relationships with Home Owners by being transparent, informed and providing needed clarity based of each interaction.
Qualifications:
- Pass a Background & Drug Test
- Must have a Smart Phone
- Must be able to be self manage with little supervision
- Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Must be able to have excellent communication skills and be a team player
