Once they're ready to move forward, you schedule their next appointment and follow up with another patient to make sure they're all set, too.
In between patients, you're verifying insurance, submitting claims, and keeping patient records up to date. A patient calls with a billing question, and you handle it like a pro, offering solutions that put them at ease. You're the go-to person connecting patients and the dental team, making sure everyone's on the same page.
