Radiant Softwash specializes in soft wash and pressure wash services for commercial and residential properties in Southern NH and Northern MA. We work with a variety of clients including realtors, businesses, HOAs, home owners, and new home buyers to enhance the appearance of their properties.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Wash Technician at Radiant Softwash. The Wash Technician will be responsible for soft washing and pressure washing various surfaces including siding, roofs, fences, patios, walkways, gutters, decks, concrete, driveways, windows, and more.

Qualifications
- Experience in soft wash and pressure wash techniques a plus
- Knowledge of proper cleaning solutions and equipment maintenance
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license is required
- Prior experience in property maintenance or landscaping is a plus
Pay
- $19-$24/hr
- 401k available
Opportunities to work overtime when needed
