Top Skills & Years of Experience:
1. Graduate Professional Degree or Master s Degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field required. Related experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.
2. Ten (10) years of progressively more responsible professional-level public transportation-related experience.
3. Seven (7) years supervisory experience required.
4. Contracts and negotiation experience preferred.
5. Experience in public transportation planning or similar government structure preferred.
