Duration: 12 months contract
On site | 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Description:
- As the Production Chemist in our Fort Worth, TX site, you will be responsible for bulk formulating products of high complexity including custom recipes in accordance with approved written procedures and policies.
- You will participate in the training and development of new products and participate in/lead continuous improvement projects.
- You will troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform/lead Root Cause Investigations. You will provide Quality Notifications and implement Corrective Actions.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science or related field
- Experience working in a general manufacturing environment formulating products in the areas of biological sciences, life sciences, or an equivalent.
- Able to follow detailed procedures and have good documentation skills. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Laboratory Practices.
- Basic working knowledge of laboratory environments, materials, and equipment.
- Chemistry- Knowledge of the chemical composition, structure, and properties of substance and the chemical processes and transformation that they undergo.
- Biology- Knowledge of biology, interdependencies, and interactions with each other and their environment.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: $22.00 - $24.71 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
